Sympathectomy: Lumbar sympathetic block stops the sympathetic supply to your lower extremities and stellate ganglion block does the same to the upper extremities. These sympathetic blocks can improve blood flow but there are risks with these procedures with Raynaud's syndrome. Discuss the risks, benefits and alternatives with your doctor and good luck.
