What if a lumbar sympathetic block was performed and let's say i never even had mild crps? and the diagnoses was wrong..what would happen?

Nothing: If the sympathetic block worked then for a short period of time you may have a warm lower limb but other than that nothing will happen. On a side note, its a good thing you don't have crps.
