First...: First of all get a pregnancy test before anything else. If not pregnancy one possibility is endometriosis which could definitely cause these symptoms. You could also be having uterine fibromas, infections, other hormonal imbalances. In order to give a definite diagnosis a physical exam and tests need to be done. Get seen by GYN provider.
