No: The trisomy is a genetic defect like Down's Syndrome only more severe and frequently results in miscarriage. Sexually transmitted infections do not cause genetic problems. The chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection and requires treatment of both you and your partner. Take care. You got a lot of bad news at once and may need someone to talk to about all this
