Why the worry?: I'm not sure I understand what the concern on a drug test is if you're taking a medically necessary medication prescribed by a doctor. An employer or potential employer cannot discriminate against someone on the basis of a positive urine test if the substance detected is from a medically necessary and prescribed drug. You simply need to show a physician's letter.
