Yes: Yes, it is a myth. You should limit chemical exposure as much as possible during pregnancy but a manicure or pedicure is fine and can make you feel better. Best wishes to you and the baby. The fact that you thought to ask tells me this is a lucky baby to have such a concerned mom.
