No: Your doctor will not mention it to your parents unless of course if you are under-aged and there is a complication resulting from the procedure that may need medical attention for which he needs your parents approval to treat. So just let your doctor know not to tell your parents.

It depends.: If you're 18 years old or older, your doctor CANNOT tell your mom ANYTHING without your permission. If you're younger than 18, he or she has usually THE RIGHT to tell your parents about your physical and mental health. If you don't have any complication from the procedure, you can ask that s'he not tell your folks and most likely s'he will comply Still, it's best to be honest w. your Mom.
