A member asked:

I went to the health department in august to ask for a pregnancy test. i had sex in june. they said i'm definitely not pregnant?why am i still worried

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No 1 controls worry: Someone says to you"don't worry" & you think to yourself "I wish I could". No one controls worry. When you know you worry too much about things you shouldn't, we call that anxiety. Its a common disorder in people otherwise very successful and dependable.Panic attacks can eventually develop. You should see a doctor to see if you have this problem and get it treated. The best treatments take time.
