A member asked:

What are the symptoms of systemic viral infection and what causes it? my nature of work is at the airport, it's very stressful and was diagnosed above

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Viral infections: cause fever, fatigue, sometimes abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle aches and pains, cough, and weakness. While stress can lower your resistance to viral illnesses, it is not a cause. Most viral illnesses resolve in a week or so.
