What's on an anus...: Anuses always have poop, regardless of whether the poop is visible or not. Poop is full of fascinating germs, such as hepatitis viruses, rotavirus, norovirus, enteroviruses; plus bacteria such as Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, E. coli; not to forget worms and other parasites such as Giardia, pinworms, etc... Many of these pathogens cause diarrhea (but it could be the chili too).
