I have bumps in back of my tongue is that a sign of chlamydia?

Chlamydia: Oral transmission of Chlamydia may produce sore throat, cough and fever. Without seeing the lesions you are trying to describe there is no way in which to exclude this diagnosis, but it would not be the usual way in which it presents. What I would recommend is that if you are concerned about this that you get checked for other STDs as well, particularly HIV and syphilis. Good luck and stay safe.

Not chlamydia: Chlamydia doesn't do this. Probably you're seeing normal circumvallate papillae, a row of large taste buds that everybody has on the back of the tongue. Google it to see photos.
