Stretching, training: We have to first confirm the diagnosis and look into training practice critically, the alignment of lower extremity, foot wear and inserts used. A good practice is to do an effective stretching of all the muscles and ligaments with special focus on leg before and after exercising and ramp up the intensity and frequency that can be tolerated. Not doing too much too fast or frequently is the key.
