Very unlikely: There are failure rates with tubal ligation and with mirena, (levonorgestrel) but with having both it makes the failure rate really really low. You will find that many docs will tell you the answer to your question is no, but over the last 20 years I've seen pregnancies with intact mirenas (levonorgestrel) and every few years I will see someone with a failed tubal ligation (not my own patients of course).
