What is considered spotting? i got my period two days ago and it's just been light but i don't know if it's spotting or normal.

On pad: Spotting means spots of blood on your panties or your pad. If you are having to change a pad 3 or 4 times a day it is more likely light bleeding. Heavy bleeding is having to change a pad every hour or hour and a half. Hope this helps.
