Unrelated: Hi. Your treated hypothyroidism and your headache are unrelated. The poor thyroid gets blamed for a lot of things it's not responsible for! ;-) Try some ibuprofen or paracetamol for your headache. If the headache persists or has worrisome characteristics, see your doctor for an evaluation. Good luck!
