I was walking to uni and i suddenly got severe 9/10 pain in my lower abdomen. the pain is intermittent and relieved by not moving. painkillers arent helping and stopping me frm doing normal activities?

Heat pad: are you home when was your last BM use a heat pad on your abdomen and rest and see if that will take the pain away where are you from your period is it time for your ovulation if pain persistent please go to urgent care or to emergency room
