Delayed menses: If you haven't not had sex, you will not be pregnant. Please ask your guardian or parent to take you to your pediatrician or family medicine doctor to find out why your period is late. In the first year, it is common for menstrual periods to be irregular. Your period may be delayed by anovulation due to stress or illness as well. No reason to be worried, there are many reasons, most not serious.
