Possible: If you are sexually active without using any protection,the possibility of being pregnant is high. Best to do a pregnancy test for sure. If not,you may just be coming on your period early

It's possible.: Check your first AM urine with a home pregnancy test about 10-11 days after your missed period to be sure.
