My periods are coming after 21 days and there is no proper bleeding...only spotting on my pad....from two months i feel spotting even after periods?
10 days AFTER period ended i began spotting pink. The following day it turned more red. Today is day 3 of spotting. Its more red and sometimes has little clots. I did take two morning after pills in the same week a month before. Breakthrough bleed?

My periods are pretty normal with heaviest days on day 1&2 occasionally. I do also have mid cycle bleeding /spotting occasionally too. I had two ultrasounds suggesting possible polyp. I hope it's wrong. Do polyps always have heavy bleeding?
