Possibly: Brugada syndrome refers to a very specific finding on ECG -- saddle/humpback ST changes in V!-V2, and maybe V3. It is associated with arrhythmias, specifically ventricular tachycardia/fib and hence can degenerate into ineffective cardiac output...loss of consciousness, and I suppose "blue lips" as a sign of hypoxemia. Not sure how the UK Health care system works, ?fam hx, see cardiologist

Blue lips: it is unlikely that your ECG abnormality and blue lips are linked, there can be structural defects of the right ventricle in Brugada patient's; so please check with your doctor's regarding evaluation possibly with imaging. If true Brugada is confirmed by a ECG analysis and/or genetic testing further intervention may be indicated.
