Hyperthermia: Abdominal cramps, muscle cramps, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, weakness, and heavy sweat or lack of sweat are all symptoms of hyperthermia (overheating).

Many: Fainting spells can be caused by a variety of problems. The most common is vasovagal where nerves set off a fainting spell when you are spooked, see blood, or something not pleasant. However without a thorough history and physical it is unsafe to diagnosis or speculate on what could have happened. I routinely have patients evaluated at the urgent care or preferably at the Emergency room
