My wife follicles size is 14.2 mm on day 13. is there any chance to conceive?

Follicle size: If your wife has a normal 28 day cycle, she will be ovulating shortly. A follicle is considered mature if it reaches 16mm, and the growth rate is approx. 3 mm/day. So if your wife would ovulate within the next 48 hrs the size seems OK, and there is a good chance of conception.
