Common: Abnormal bleeding is very common with Depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone). Your bleeding should slow or stop in the next month or so. Depot has some issues with bone loss, and delayed fertility up to 18 months. Talk to your doc about this. I usually use Depot as a last choice.
