A member asked:

Ever since i had the nexplanon implant removed, my periods have not been the same. in 6 months time, it went from the 20-22 to the 7th? what's wrong?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing: The nexplanon is hormonal and as such will change your periods. A normal cycle is any where from 21 days from the start of one to the start of the next to 35 or 42 days depending on the source you read. This means that it is normal for your period not to start on the same day each month.
