Yes: There are many things that facilitate learning and stimulate brain development. Music, Reading, Exercise, Looking at art, conversations with others, writing. Achievement of life goals is helped by all of these but the rest is "showing up". Take each day and live it, show up for classes, activities, social activities. Meet people, get to know them. Build friendships, share your life.
