I'd abstain: The reason I wouldn't attempt a clitoral orgasm is that is can cause contractions of your uterus and vagina which is close to where they performed the surgery. This could cause bleeding and disruption of any sutures, or scar tissue that could be present. I would also ask your Gynecologist who performed this surgery. Good luck
