Trauma? UTI? STD?: Orgasm doesn't cause bleeding, clitoral or not. Minor trauma during sex is most likely. Possibly urinary tract infection, but UTI usually would cause other symptoms (burning, urgency). Maybe STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia) but of course only if at risk, e.g. new partner, partner sex with others, etc. See a doctor if it lasts more than 1-2 days, if other symptoms, or if at risk for STD. Good luck!
