May need to see ENT: Dr. as pressure around temples or around eyes points often to sinuses unless it is the eye itself. You didn't mention which type of doctor you saw, but if you have no relief, you'll need to get a 2nd opinion to get definitive treatment, and possibly imaging too. Someone has to do a physical exam on you to help you out. So don't delay! Time for re-evaluation and see what OTC meds can help. Need hx.
