There are many: studies that support the use of good quality marine fish oil for eye, joint, brain, and cardiovascular health. Poor quality fish oil can be impure and weak. Prothera, Nortic Naturals, and some others are best. Check to see if has been purified several times and the amount of EPA+DHA in it--ought to be about 50 %. Peace and good health.
