Paraguard: Generally normal cycles return within 3-6 months after removing hormonal BC agents so a month is NOT unusual. However, once removed the protection fades and you can become pregnant. I suspect the cramping is your body adjusting back to normal. However, if you are concerned, a urine pregnancy test can be done. Good Luck
