? barrier methods: I presume you mean you have tried many/all hormone based methods including the pill, patch, shots, implants, ring, etc. A diaphragm with spermicide is a barrier method (like a condom) with few side effects. An IUD also doesn't have hormonal side effects. Less effective are fertility-awareness based methods. You can review all methods at planned parenthood.org.
