Sensor/body readings: Sensors are attached to your body to record data such as heart rate, breathing rate, galvanic skin response (sweating) muscle activity and other similar physical phenomena. The data is recorded in the context, usually, of patients who are battling anxiety and/or depression. Typically biofeedback is used to help patients use their mental faculties to self-sooth and relax.
