No: Sperm would not travel through four layers of clothing - it acts as a barrier.

No: It would be exceptionally rare for pregnancy to occur without penetration but ejaculation around the vaginal opening(introitus) without clothing involved. Through 4 layers of clothing is basically impossible. Remember, try to be good about safe sex practices whenever possible.
