7 weeks 5 days pregnant... keep running low grade fevers. highest 103, now running around 100-101 daily. what could cause this?

Fever of 103 F. ?: There are many infections which can raise the temperature to 103, but such is not a "low grade" fever, and requires medical examination. Influenza is a common cause, and your healthcare provider can do appropriate testing. See him/her as soon as possible.
