Missed true period ?: Cramping a week prior to a due menstual event may indicate a minor infection, or perhaps implantation. The light flow after the 26th may also mean possible pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG test from your healthcare professional's office to be certain. If it is negative , you need an exam and some tests to determine the cause.
