Yes: you are simply allergic to the chemicals they are using for the perm my advise stop unless the beautician has different chemical that they can use in case of allergy you can take some benadryl (diphenhydramine) but that not going to solve the problem of allergy if you are insisting of getting perm go and see a dermatologist may be they can suggest something good luck
