I don't understand ?: If you think you have appendicitis, this is a medical emergency. You need to see a doctor immediately. If that's not what you mean, and you are having intermittent abdominal pain and you font know why, the answer is still se a doctor and get a diagnosis, but you might be able to wait and not have it treated or evaluated on an emergency basis.
