Varies: The color depends on diet and bile output during the illness. I have seen blue poop from blue Popsicles or Gatorade. They can be almost clear mucous to brownish water, but very frequently are a beige/creamy white. The hallmark is the horrible smell that goes along with rotavirus - I can walk in a room and tell a baby in there has the illness.
