Fish & Pee: Make sure it is not a bladder infection, or an STD. It could be a yeast (fungi) infection on the glans (head) of penis. These are common, generally not an STD. Try an over the counter anti- yeast cream, (Lotrimin, Monistat, Lamisil). Apply liberally to head of penis 2-3 times per day for 3-4 days. If not better then it is time to get checked out by your MD.
