Maybe: The various states and territories have specific rules for how old you must be to obtain prescriptions. These can also differ if they involve possible sexually transmitted disease and or birth control. ( many allow these to be prescribed to minors without parental knowledge or consent. I would check the local rules.A public health center may provide you with the info.
