I think i might be 4 weeks&some days pregnant. 22.09 beta hcg 20.02 25.09 b hcg 45.3 27.09 bhcg 128.5 transvaginal echo showed nothing yet. is normal?

Early pregnancy: Yes this is normal. We usually don't see anything at a bhcg of 128. It seems to be doubling appropriately and will likely develop into a normal pregnancy. Give it time, let the pregnancy grow, eat healthy food, be relaxed and rested and you will see that beating heart within the next couple of weeks!
