Yes, variable degree: People with ais have testes but body does not respond normally to circulating testosterone which can result in various degrees of "interest". Subject looks like perfectly normal female w hernias, but lacks vagina & ovaries. Requires estrogen to develop breasts & feel female + removal of testes to avoid testicular cancer. Partial ai looks male with small hypospadiac penis & ? Cleft (bifid) scrotum.
