Many possibilities: Are there any other symptoms to suggest a source? Increase gas / bloating in the abdomen? Constipation or diarrhea? Fever, cough, shortness of breath? It could be anything from pneumonia to colitis to a viral infection. You should see a doctor to be evaluated.
