Tanning: Hello, Our skin will undergo normal hyper pigmentation with sun exposure. Excessive sun exposure can also lead to skin cancers so avoidance is always recommended. Loose fitting clothing is now available to provide protection from the sun. Also regular use of sun screens is important. Don't forget about your scalp. A hat will help. Good luck.
