Lactose intolerance: As we get older, sometimes our stomachs can't tolerate the lactose in dairy products. I would try cutting out dairy from my diet for 2 weeks, and see if it makes a difference. Good luck!

Lactose intolerance?: You may have lactose intolerance- many american adults do. It's an inability to break down milk sugar, and leads to intestinal bloating/gas, sometimes diarrhea. Try using lactaid milk, or soy or almond milk in the place of cow's milk.
