Abdominal: wall spasm, colon spasm, bladder spasm, Uterine spasm, UTI, endometritis, colitis, Actually a long list. If this is persistent, then see your doctor for exam. Sorry, i know this is not that helpful. If you could give more details, then I might be able to pin this down a little better

Difficult to say: You did not mention if the pain is brief or persistent. However, it's difficult to find the cause without an evaluation. It may be pain from your female pelvic organs, form your bowel, your bladder, etc. If it persists you should see your doctor.
