Throat: May be a gi virus or acid reflux. The nose can run when the acid from the stomach comes up as well. Cant tell from your description how long its been going on but you should check it out

I get pressure in my chest a lot. I also burp a lot and get an acidy feelin in my throat. Then other times my chest is just heavy.
