Since starting lexapro (escitalopram) ive hardly had any erections or interest in sex. are there any steps i can take to overcome the sexual side-effects of lexapro (escitalopram)?

Several. 1) consider seeing if this occurs with a dfiferent group of anti-depressants (not so SSRI like... welbutin, effexor (venlafaxine) or even (last resort) cymbalta are all different. 2) viagra has a very good track record for the erection, but not the libido. look into the (rare) possibility of other diseases (thyroid, metabolic problems like diabetes).
