This is pretty commo: common. Several. 1) consider seeing if this occurs with a dfiferent group of anti-depressants (not so SSRI like... welbutin, effexor (venlafaxine) or even (last resort) cymbalta are all different. 2) viagra has a very good track record for the erection, but not the libido. look into the (rare) possibility of other diseases (thyroid, metabolic problems like diabetes).

Wellbutrin (bupropion) : Lexapro helps your serotonin but like many SSRIs it can reduce your dopamine which is related to your sexual function and libido. Sometimes adding Wellbutrin (bupropion) can help counter the side effect but you may need to change your medication if it continues. You should discuss your side effects with your doctor and treatment options.
