Yes: Chemo does affect fertility as it causes loss of eggs from the ovaries. The infertility that follows chemo depends on the type of chemo and dose. Some patients may have return of spontaneous ovulation if the damage to the ovaries was not extensive.

Yes: Ovulation can continue years after chemotherapy, and as long as an egg is released, there is a chance of pregnancy. The drugs of chemotherapy can wipe out a lot of eggs of an ovary, but there can be survivors.
