Possible: It is possible since there is no method of contraception that doesn't have some failures but it is unlikely. There are several other things that can cause you to miss periods. It would still be advisable to check a pregnancy test. If you do get pregnant after a tubal there is an increased risk of a tubal pregnancy so any pain should be evaluated immediately by a doctor.
